Sleek, compact and easy-to-use digital playback device. Comes with pocket-size hardshell carrying case. Hit the play button and you'll hear a brief voice announcement followed by one hour of the tone. Then it stops. There are also buttons for "back to the beginning" and "jump to the end". Holding the play button down shuts off the unit. 40Hz buzz tone sounds the same a the one posted on Youtube as "Exact 40 Hz Gamma Brainwave audio used by MIT" study. Recharging off a laptop USB port (cable included) is easy and just takes a few minutes to charge. Charging cable plugs into the earphone jack on the unit, keeping it small and simple. Ear buds are good quality, but don't come with alternate size ear pieces, and may be too large for some people. Note that, contrary to the instructions, ear buds are interchangeable--there is no Left ear or Right ear shape. All in all, a very nice design, well-made.

Is too early for me to express an opinion on their performance to the BRAIN, 🧠 but I believe it will be a help and I will comment after a month about its performance I CHANGE ALL MY OPINION- THE ARTICLE WAS TO BE A GREAT PRODUCT WITH CURATIVE PERFORMANCE, IT ENDED ISTEAD TO BE A DIFECTED ARTICLE, EVEN THE LIGHT WAS RETURNED BUT NEVER EXCHANGED- I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE, WITHOUT SUCCESS, THE ARTICLE WAS NOT CHARGING FROM THE START, AND I HOPED COULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED OR CORRECTED- WRONG MARKETING, WRONG PRODUCT- NO ASSISTANCE -

This is a piece of junk. Please don't buy this item. It will not charge up or play. I was trying anything to help my brain but I wasted My money on this. I was stupid to think Gamma could help my memory. I use to buy from Walmart but they said I sent to many things back but I trusted them. Now I use Amazon and I love them, I trust them as much and now I am afraid to send anything back. So........I have ended up with a bunch of junk.

My dream life has always been really important to me, but lately I have been unable to remember them. I almost could but as soon as I opened my eyes, all trace recollections of the dream would vanish. Since I started using this device, I have been recalling dreams just like I used to. I'm back to having a rich and vivid dream life. When the session is over, I hear an odd sustained harmonic tone for awhile which eventually subsides. It makes me wonder if my neurons are also continuing to oscillate. The only thing I really hate about this device is the loud voice that comes on at the end just to say that the session has ended. It startles me so badly that it hurts. I'm sticking with it, though. I am loving having my dreams back. I think I'll buy one for my Mom.
