I used to bring a cotton ball in a small bottle with some of these same essentials oils, and it helped a lot. These patches are a huge step up in how they apply the benefits of these oils continuously and without giving me something extra to keep track of. The smell is fairly mild, which I really appreciate because it doesn't bother my sensitivities, and it doesn't seem to be strong enough to affect those around me either. These did absolutely nothing l. Don’t waste your money on these! If you want real preventative measures try Zaca tablets. They will also make you feel better quickly if altitude starts to creep up on you.

Great product. Works well, just one issue. The patch that goes above the naval never last. You place one patch behind the ear and the other above the naval. The one be hind the ear stays tile you remove it. The one on the belly disappears, idk how clothes may rub against it.
