Smells and tastes like heaven.
Hard to find this item in my area - so glad it's available here on amazon. Wonderful flavor and makes the house smell amazing. This item is often called for in authentic Italian recipes. The packets are shelf stable for a very long time so I'm glad I was able to stock up.

Very good vanilla scent and flavoring in any baked item I use this in Pizzelle. You have to experiment with the amount you add to your recipe -- it depends on the flavor you want to achieve.
