Works great! Slightly on the slow side to fill up the ice bucket, but once you get a little stock built up it's great. The nuggets are the perfect size and formula. It holds up pretty good in the freezer in a bag too. Just remember to break up the bag first.

Love it! Our refrigerator ice maker went out got this instead of fixing it. Love the reservoir and the amount of ice it produces.

so far it’s good. starts up faster than the GE opal 2.0. ice starts in ~5 minutes as opposed to ~10. it’s smaller and more compact than the opal too. holds 3L of water and 1.5-2 hours worth of ice.

I love this ice maker. It fits perfectly on my counter under the cabinets. Starts making ice pretty quickly and the cleaning function is simple and easy to do. The only reason for not giving 5 stars, is the wording has already worn off on one of the buttons. Nothing I'm stressing over. Worth the money.

Held up well. Makes ice fast happy with purchase.

Update 9/21/2022: Silonn never returned any of my emails or contacted me back. Don't buy this one. I lost the price of this item and because we really loved having an icemaker, now I have to purchase another one. I'm not happy. UPDATE: 08/14/2022: My beloved icemaker is now emitting an oily yellow chemical into the water retaining basin. As you can imagine, I won't be using this icemaker again! Naturally, it happens when I'm just past my Amazon return window so I've contacted the manufacturer, Silonn for assistance with getting a replacement. I will update my review according to their response. I do hope it was just a defective item and they will send me a new one. I miss it already! I'm taking one star off for now but if they replace it promptly and the new one works I'll add back the star! I've been looking at these for a while now since my new fridge didn't have an ice maker and I thought I could just use ice trays. TBH the ice trays just weren't for me. I work 3 jobs and I just don't have a lot of time to mess around with ice trays. I understand if you think that's stupid and if ice trays work for you, more power to you but they just didn't work for me. So, anyway, I've been looking at these countertop ice makers but they are so pricey and I just couldn't bring myself to hit "place order" on any of them. But I was going to have guests over for dinner and I wanted to have ice so I finally bought this one after researching about 50 of them. I LOVE it. I use it every single day and so does my daughter. I love having easy, quick access to ice without having to mess with ice trays. This machine is easy to refill, easy to clean and easy to operate. I've only used the small ice cubes and they are plenty large enough for me. It makes ice fast. It is a bit noisy but my kitchen is one of those kinda long ones so I just put it on the counter farthest from the living area and I really only hear it when I'm in the kitchen cooking and making noise anyway. If your kitchen is right near your living or sleeping areas it might be a problem for you but it's fine for me. I love it so much that I'm really kicking myself for not buying it sooner. If you are teetering on the edge of deciding to buy one and you see this review, buy it! It is worth every penny.

The removable reservoir and ice bucket is a game changer. I have owed two nugget ice makers that did not have this. No matter how well you think your water filter system is it contains minerals that will eventually internal clog the machine and it will die a slow death. I use distilled water in this machine and it's been a month without any issues. It does have nice notification to clean unit. I recommend cleaning solution designed for ice makers when you clean. Only bad I have about this ice maker and like the two other models from different manufacturers instruments have used is; that the "water" fall (reference photo) of ice for lack of a better term causes machine to auto turn off when ice bucket is not full but rather approximately half full. It's an easy fixed to knock the water fall down and machine auto starts to complete the bucket fill.

This thing puts out so much ice! And it's quiet and compact. What i love most though is the fact that the ice and water resvoir come off the machine and can be cleaned!

I deliberately bought expensive ice maker to assure I get quality. It arrived, I opened it. Not working! No ice but water. From second it was on. Too expensive for such a disappointment. Please replace.
