Waykar home dehumidifier is easy to use, I drain the water with provided hose into basement floor drain, it is very quiet and easy to set desired humidity, also I have the option to let it drain into the tank and manually empty it. It has worked reliably and kept our basement room dry and comfortable. This is the quietest dehumidifier we have ever owned, its energy efficient, easy to move, and easy to read the room humidity, it deserves a 5 star rating

The Wayfar dehumidifier arrived very quickly on the day after placing the order. After allowing the unit to acclimatize for 24 hours we turned it on and it has been running almost constantly for the past week. The unit is sleek, compact and quiet enough so that it does not interfere with conversation or the TV volume. However, the instruction manual leaves much to be desired in that it contains multiple spelling and grammatical errors to the point where some instructions are confusing and incomplete. Overall we are happy with the performance of the unit. So far, it seems to be doing a good job extracting moisture from the air as we have to empty the water bucket at least twice a day and condensation on our windows has been reduced. I would have given "easy to use" five stars if the operating instructions in the user manual had been more clear.

The unit itself is very good. It is quiet and very efficient as removing moisture from the air. Only issue is the storage tank is ridiculously small. The unit has to be emptied twice a day and only holds about 20-30% of what a standard dehumidifier tank would hold. Makes it impossible for this to be in use when nobody is home. Other than this massive design flaw, it is a great unit.

I bought this dehumidifier to keep our basement dry. It does the job nicely. It is fairly quiet compared to other dehumidifiers we’ve owned in the past. It has a large front panel humidity display which makes it easily to read. I use the continuous drainage feature that was easy to install. I had several questions on the unit when I changed to winter use: low humidity demand. Customer service was very responsive and helped me with my questions. The normal response to my emails was the next business day. The negative was that it stopped working after one year and 9 months. Customer service made several suggestions but the compressor would not kick in. They were easy to deal with and I am getting a replacement unit. So no complaints.
