I am optimistic about these ant bait stations. For the past 2 weeks, I have observed an ant trail (growing by the day) marching across my garage floor. I had purchased these ant traps a few months ago but had never used them until now. Yesterday, I placed two stations at each end of the ant trail where the ants were entering and exiting the garage. Within a few hours, ants were swarming around the stations. I even saw one ant carrying a piece of the poison food out the door. I was extremely happy to see this because the Queen was probably going to be getting it. I am hoping that the colony is actually being wiped out. Next day (today) I saw nothing but dead ants and maybe one or two live ants around the bait stations. Again, I cannot confirm, but I sure would like to have the colony wiped out.

I liked how easy it is to use except for punching the holes through the can is a little difficult to do for an elderly person especially if using multiple cans but until they find an easier way to do it, this will have to do...these seem to be working, seeing a lot less ants and hope to see none soon.

Once you find a tool to open them they are very easy to use. We live on top of an ant farm. They are all over when there is dryness like this summer in California. I have put them in areas where scouts are on their search. The ants immediately inform others and theY get in a chaotic line to dose up. By morning they are gone. But not the ants in the trees.

My cabinets were over run with ants. My fault for have sugar in the box and not a jar. I placed 3 of these in the cabinets and went to bed. In the morning the counter was littered with ant corpses. As much as I would have preferred they all died in their nest it’s very effective and it did end the problem.

I bought this because I have a big problem with sugar ants and these little black ants are EVERYWHERE. I used 3 in my kitchen and 2 in each bathroom. The ants never went in it but they did go around it. I even tried shoving a little ant in their and nothing. After 2 months later the ants left as expected but not because of the ant poison. It works for some but didn't work for me.
