Good quality product, helps improve digestion, eliminates bloating and colic, or at least reduces it, and helps treat dysbiosis. Reasonable price. I've bought it several times. My kids gut health has stabilized and digestion has improved, so there's no need to continue taking these probiotics. They're definitely worth a try for anyone who needs them.

After much research this is what I choose

I received today the box but I give review because I ordered before . The first box has finished . I gave to my son which is 4 years old . He had lactulose intolerance and with probiotics I manage to tolerate normal milk , diary . From the time when I started to give from Progaia this one with vitamin D , he is eating better . I am very happy with them and I bought the big box to have for all autumn plus winter . He is taking one tablet in the morning before to eat . I think ProGaia is a very good brand ( for us worked those and the drops as well very good ) . I didn’t observe any bad side effects . I think is valuable for money . Because the health is more important.

My dentist recommended these to keep bacteria in the mouth at bay and also help towards repairing surface decay and it works. My surface decay remineralised within a month.

Product tastes good and easy to take but as yet not apparent benefit for my gut issues. I probably haven't been taking it for long enough yet but am taking 2 tablets daily, one in the morning and one in the evening.
