This Version is the BEST! Quality Pieces You Will Love.
We already owned the regular version, but we purchased the HeroQuest Deluxe Edition for a family member who wanted the full experience. Let me tell you, it was worth it! The pieces are substantial, high quality, and make the game much more immersive and enjoyable. I'm relatively new to HeroQuest, and the deluxe components are one of the reasons I've become such a fan. The game encourages teamwork, so if you enjoy working together with friends and family rather than competing against them, this is a fantastic choice. I also enjoy using the companion app to guide the adventures and storylines instead of having to create everything myself. Overall, it's a great game and a much better experience than I expected. Highly recommended!

AWESOME!
Shipping: I received my item in EXCELLENT condition. The game was in a box straight from Hasbro factory box into an Amazon box. ( 2X boxes!) So the game box itself was in pristine condition. No missing parts/figured. Game Board also intact, perfect condition. So this is a good size box filled with tons of figures (both monsters AND furniture) which will likely find use in custom DnD games! Great for many ages; some "classes" could easily be played by someone as young as 10yrs of age ("simple" character with "simple" skills) Plays with a friend and my husband; all over the age of 40 lol It was fun. We're DnD veterans so this was light and chill. However, giving us the DnD itch! Again, they have age 14 on the box, but I was pretty cool when I was 10... lol I know, kids nowadays are not how us 80s kids were built, but hey - to each their own! It's expensive, might be worth waiting to see if it ever goes on sale; but this game is just getting harder to find, so maybe don't wait too long!

Poor quality control.
Box arrived in surprisingly immaculate condition for international shipping. Unfortunately, game board is torn (on the exact same spot with a suspiciously similar damage pattern with previous review.)

Minor damage to the box but the contents are in good condition.
The box had light corner damage and wasn't in new condition, but the contents are good. I believe some bubble wrap would have made a huge difference ;-)
