what's the exact percentage of spandex in these?

No idea but I will tell you that it is an interesting material. It's like the small plastic hair ties for hair if that makes any sense. Super strong but super stretchy. I always have a problem with pantyhose bec my nails always puts a run in them. Not these! I'm 5'9 about 160lbs (size 10) and these were great.
