I found this rug while searching for a way to protect the new tile floor in my home office; I didn't want to use one of those typical, vinyl, "condom like" floor protectors that you see everywhere (and that I'd always be rolling off of anyway) and so I decided to go for a medium sized rug instead. I got stuck on this one cause my office is all neutral colors and I'm a sucker for earth tones, anyway ... I was concerned about the thickness of the rug or that it might slide around as I boosted around over it in my beloved Herman Miller Aeron Chair (I do a lot of "boosting") and so I also ordered a Gorilla Grip Non-slip Rug Pad to place underneath it (cause the reviews of the Gorilla pad just can't be denied) ... And so now I'm a few days in to using the rug and can say I love it. Really, it's perfect for what I wanted it for (boosting around in my Aeron chair while not destroying my new flooring) ... It was a little tricky getting the Gorilla pad in place and then getting the rug installed perfectly over it but after a couple tries I discovered that the best way to do this was to first stretch the Gorilla pad out flat in the precise place where I wanted the rug to lie and the roll the rug up into a perfect tube and then unroll the rug over the Gorilla pad. It's working great and at only about twice the price of those hideous vinyl Chair Condom(tm)'s? I think it's going to work really kick ass as a floor protector in my office/workstation space. The chair rolls over the rug/pad combo without disturbing the placement in the slightest. It's awesome and I'm stoked that I took the chance on the rug (also the Gorilla pad). Sure my constant "boosting" might wear the rug out in a few years but that's totally okay with me ... if the price is the same three years from now? I'll gladly buy another one. Necessary details: -the rug shipped rolled up neatly and unrolled just as neatly; corners stayed flared for a few minutes but quickly flattened out. No problems at all with the shipping. -the colors are 100% true to the Amazon photos -the rug measures just about a half inch think; it is not a very heavy rug but still lays nice and flat (again, I have several furniture items resting on it so keep that in mind. ... All in all? Stoked on the purchase. Great looking rug and works great with my Aeron chair casters (albeit, with a really nice rug pad underneath). :-)

Some reviews rated this rug as too "orangish" or not durable or soft enough. We ordered it anyway because the photos and listing price were so appealing. Glad we did order it! No, it's not a deeply soft and plush rug. Still, it's plenty sturdy. Feels somewhat like a berber carpet -- solid and durable. Exactly what we needed to accommodate our large, playful, black lab dog. It accentuates our living room quite well. There are flicks of "orangish" color in it -- not overbearing, just bits. But those orangish flicks added something to the rug we had not expected. Looks sharp, crisp and colorful. Vacuums up dog hair easier than expected. This rug is a winner for us!

I confused the description of this rug with a different one and bought it believing it had a non-skid bottom. This rug slides all over creation, so you will need to buy an anti-skid cushion/mat to go with it. That being said, the rug is cute and is as described; it coordinates well with my other rugs. It took a little over a day to completely flatten out.

The reason I even gave it one star was because the delivery was prompt. The actual product doesn't deserve any stars. Title of the rug even says "brown/blue." The boarder of the rug that is supposedly "brown" is actually black with orange strewn about intermittently to give the illusion of brown from a distance. The so called "blue" shares very similar qualities, minimal blue fibers with more orange mixed in. In fact, orange is pretty consistent throughout the whole rug. I am extremely disappointed. This rug is beautiful in the picture. I understand there are variances in consistency but I'd like to know how orange makes sense. I wish I could include a photo because I'd like something to back up my description. Trust me, it looks exactly as it sounds.

Seller quickly shipped the rug, I was shocked at how fast it arrived so Triple A+ on the shipping and the great care that was given to the wrapping and padding of the rug for shipment. The photo of the rug is pretty accurate in the true colors of the rug. The blue in the rug looked a little more gray colored but I'm pretty sure it was the lighting in my family room. (It looked more like blue when I opened the curtains and let the natural lighting in)The rug settled out nicely once we unrolled it and it fit perfectly in my family room. I did not leave feedback for the rug right away after purchasing it because I wanted to have it for a while before giving my opinion of it. It has held up just fine with running a vacuum over it, not fibers coming apart from the rug at all. I only spilled a tiny amount of water on it and I dabbed it up with a dry cloth and no problems with discoloration or anything for that matter. I would have to highly recommend the rug because it is definitely worth the money and the seller is just Outstanding!

I shopped a variety of stores and manufacturers for a nice area rug and the ones I really liked were $800 to $1400. This was $155. So I decided to try this one and see if it would work. The rug looks nice. It's not very plush, but it lies mostly flat immediate upon unrolling. A couple "folds" from the very interior of the roll took a few days to relax. The main immediate drawback is a very strong chemical smell that takes about a week to dissipate. If you're buying this for an enclosed space without a lot of ventilation or during a season when you can't open the windows, you might want to unroll it first somewhere people don't spend a lot of time. I've seen a couple reviews for this rug and similar reviews for the same manufacturer with complaints about durability. I can see that this rug might wear quickly in very high traffic locations. It's not the thickest. But if you're in the market for an inexpensive, good sized rug for a less trafficked room or as a transition piece until you decide what you really want to invest in, this will suit your purpose at a reasonable price. It's a good value for the money, but not a great rug at a bargain price. Keep that in mind and you'll be satisfied.

This works well in a zen like atmosphere. If you haven't noticed, like I have, the cost of items that have clean, simple lines and some class to them are going up like crazy, regardless of materials used. The price of this rug is cheap for what I got. I just got the rug today so I don't know about durability. The border of the rug is well sewn on the one I received and it's in perfect condition. It looks really great in a guest room/office that I am trying to take from utilitarian ugly to calm and peaceful. The rug really helped a lot to achieve this feeling. The size is perfect. The back is very sturdy. If the front holds up like I think the back will, this has been a really nice purchase all the way around. There is some orange in it, but it doesn't make you want to poke your eyes out, it blends in and the rug stays calm. It came lightening fast as far as shipment time.

This rug is so soft and gigantic! Had no problem rolling it out and although one side is a little curled I know it will fix itself in time. I still can't get over the material used for this rug! Its not like carpet or any other rug I've ever felt. My son immediately started crawling and running back and forth on it so I guess he approves too! Definitely worth the money and plus, free shipping! Updated due to customer request: I have inserted a 20 second video of the rug to show how it looks. I could not figure out how to upload a photo so this will have to do. I recorded the 3 colors of the rug up close to show detail and also got a shot from across the room. Hope this helps you decide whether it would go with your decor or not. It's slightly different then the picture but only because its not close up. If your standing at the edge of the rug then it looks exactly like the picture but if ur on the rug looking down you can see it has tan threads throughout the rug. I like it much more this way!!!!!!!

The carpet was as described and the picture was very accurate, colours exact.

great rug was rolled up abit tight but after a week it lies flat on the floor perfect has a decent weight to it feels nice on the feet we like it and it looks great id bye again

Good quality, perfect colour, very happy with this Purchase.

Not worth the money I paid though. Just a small scatter rug.
