I sleeeeeep like a baby! So great and I love it, not sure about the effectiveness in terms of fat burning but I don’t notice much of a fat burning or appetite suppression effect but I do knock out for the night and have a great sleep so that definitely keeps me out of the kitchen. Easy to ingest bc you chew it. The gumminess is on the tougher side so it’s not sticky. I also pair it with magnesium glycinate gummies

At the beginning I was doubtful of how effective this product could be, but after two weeks it effects.Not only I feel thinner and rested, my friends also see the same. The clothing feels more comfortable and I look thinner. Let' be realistic you won't lose lots of pounds in two weeks, but gradually you can lose those extra pounds. The amount of melatonin helps a lot for a restful sleep. Not only is about looking thinner, but feeling better. Since I am a diabetic and overweight, I thought I would try using these to help me sleep a little better and possibly lose some weight. While I wasn't expecting a huge loss of weight, I do believe it helped suppressed wanting to eat. Not sure that I slept any better, but I didn't sleep any worse. So, my view is that the gummies tasted great, the product may have helped, but not really sure about the overall effectiveness of losing weight or as a sleeping aid. I only used it for a month so maybe I need to order some more to give it more time for complete effectiveness.

I do think this is helping me sleep. I am fine staying asleep, but often struggle actually falling asleep no matter how tired I am and if I take this an hour before I want to go to bed I now find myself dosing off within 5 minutes. I have also noticed a reduction in late night snacking urges. as for actual weight loss, I have been eating mindful and watching my calories and don't believe I can attribute any weight loss to these (5lbs in 5 weeks lost, been on these for 3 weeks, it has been a pound a week). that being said, the reduction in cravings and urge to snack helps me stay on track. Energy wise, I feel the same but have noticed less of a desire for a second cup of coffee since starting these so it seems to be helping through that afternoon slump.

Great tasting and help you fall asleep. A good and solid sleep. Texture is good and no negative side effects.
