This is the one
I had purchased another machine from another supplier before this that was more expensive and didnโt offer as many options. It broke within 2 weeks and I sent it back and then got the MioMat. Liked that it was more established and reviews were good. I will update this when I have it longer but so far Iโm delighted. It is so easy to use and the build is solid and straightforward. Very easy to clean and it is a nice looking piece of equipment that doesnโt take up oodles of counter space. Customer service also very good. It came with a recipe book and I had a question re barista milk and they got back to me super quickly. I would say this is a great buy. Itโs not cheap but itโs also not the most expensive one out there and so far I think itโs brilliant value for money.Update: I said Iโd post an update after some use. Iโve had this 5 months now and am still delighted. I use this twice a week. Mostly to make oat milk but Iโve also made soup in it. This was worth every penny I spent on it. Still delighted with it.

Loving this machine
Really happy with our miomat. We bought a used one but that didn't work properly so got in touch with the company who got back to us straight away. They asked for some videos so they could diagnosed the issue, which I sent to them. They immediately replaced it and the day after my initial contact with the company, I received my replacement machine! So far I have made oat milk and soup. It was so nice to just fill it with the ingredients, press a button and come back to find soup!! It is so easy to use, now my daughter can cook soup for herself safely without supervision! The fact that the blades are not connected to the base makes it super easy to clean - the jug is light, which helps, though the top part can be a little heavy/ awkward to handle. The instruction booklet is lovely and clear and comprehensive and the product support has been outstanding. Very, very happy with my purchase, worth paying a little bit more for the miomat, and can't see what else you would get if you bought a super expensive one. Love it!

Will pay for itself in less than a year and I love it.
I can't begin to say how delighted I am with this. I use it mostly to make my cashew milk because I cannot drink dairy, and am allergic to almonds, hazelnuts and soya milk. The cashew milk takes about 10 mins to make and has so much less carbs than oat milk. Cashew milk is often hard to get hold of but now I have it anytime I want it at 85p or less per litre! It also makes other plant-based milks, I've only tried a few such as sunflower seeds which was great too.And that is not all it can do - I use it for soups too and that's also very simple and effective. Some have complained about it not being easy to clean but I have had no problems and it's certainly much easier than the previous soup maker I had - which I gave away because it was so difficult to clean. This one is smooth inside and hot water washing up liquid and quick brush around the jug and the blender is all it needs. Others have said it spills but that has not happened to me either - I suspect they might have overfilled it. Finally - it's an attractive item to have on the counter top which is not necessary but nice.

What a mighty little time saving device
A great soup, nut and plant based milk maker, very easy to use and operate. Purchased as I was looking for a soup maker and finding this one, which also gave me the choice of handmaking my own alternative milk was a bonus. Not sure why this model is so expensive to buy, compared to some other machines, but no regrets from our purchase to date.

LIQUID SPILL Problems and Not Work AFTER 8 MONTHS OF USE
I decided to come back to leave this review after use this product for 8 months. I purchased the product at around august 2023. The product was easy to use at the beginning four months. However, major problems start appearing after 4 months of usage. It begins spilling soy milk it cooks inside and often times create a mess around which needed to be cleaned immediately, as the soybean residues become hard and sticky to clean on surfaces they spill once they dry.You would need to put a timer to watch out for it after around 25mins, when it is about done cooking. The spilling happens more often as you use the product more.It creates so much tedious work to have to clean the spills every time.I would not recommend this product to anyone who looks for a easy and smooth soy milk making electric homeware. The product's pricing is not on the cheap end. I am disappointed the troubles it causes are more than the joy of using it to cook. Don't purchase it if you seek for a peace of mind during your cooking.

Makes the perfect milk for me!
I purchased a MioMat in October 2022 as I was paying out a lot for Oatly Milk. I tend to use it for coffee, so attempted to find the right milk for me, that tasted good and frothed enough. The MioMat was perfect for that and it is so much cheaper - just using soy beans, oats, vegetable oil, maple syrup and water, and finding the right combination of portions, this makes the perfect non-dairy milk for my coffee. I recently had a minor issue with my MioMat and contacted the company - their after-sales service was brilliant. I contacted Erik via WhatsApp and the issue was resolved immediately with efficiency and a pleasant approach. I would definitely recommend this machine for anyone contemplating making their own much cheaper version of non-dairy milk.I have now had my MioMat nearly 2 years and continue to use it nearly every other day to make my milk. Some people say it's difficult to clean, but I just wipe it down immediately after use and is never a problem. I'm also in the Facebook group, with some lovely people, and any questions are quickly answered. MioMat are very approachable, and active in the group. I love the personal touch of this company.

If you make plant milk, just get one!
Iโve had a machine for a year now and love it! I make soya milk daily and itโs tastier and way cheaper. The machine itself is really easy to use and clean and thereโs a Facebook group thatโs great for ideas and recipes. The owners of the company are incredibly responsive on the group too and even in a year Iโve noticed them implementing improvements suggested or discussed on the group.3 days before xmas this year my machine suddenly stopped beeping and would stop before the end of the program. I emailed Miomat and had an immediate response. The next day a new machine was winging its way and it arrived on xmas eve!Amazing people with a fab machine! Do your research by all means, but then do yourself a favour and choose a miomat! ๐

Great nut milk maker
I'm very happy with this machine, it does what it says. Easy to use, easy instructions. Its great that I can finally enjoy homemade and free from additives almond, oat and soy milk. The machine comes with a recipe book with many options to try. This is definitely a good purchase!

Excelente compra
Es muy facil de usar, las leches quedan deliciosas. Lo รบnico es que hay que poner mรกs cantidad de la marcada, por lo general pongo el doble o un poquito mรกs. la de coco es mi preferida.

Junk
Guys please donโt go for this local product. Itโs not Miomat. Itโs a fake product. I donโt know how Amazon has kept these kind of vendors in the system.

Excellent!
I've been using this for quite a while with zero problems. Love it for making almond milk and soy milk. Recipe book is great. Pay attention to clean up instructions, the sooner you clean it the better especially with soy.

Can't get enough!
I had found a local vendor that sold fresh almond milk and after tasting it I knew I could never go back to drinking the thick water that is passed off as almond milk in grocery stores. However the price of buying it fresh was more then I could sustain. That's when I started to look for ways to make it myself. I found the Miomat and it seemed like a good entry point into the plant milk game. WOW! I make milk several times a week with this device. It is so easy and so delicious. I have 9 kids so it has been approved by adults, teenagers, kids and toddlers. Everybody drinks it. I have found great success in making almond and cashew milk, but our favourite is soy milk. It comes out so thick and delicious and we used the soy bean pulp to make brownies which are delicious and full of protein due to the soy bean pulp. You have to wait an hour for the machine to cool down after making soy milk so I ended up buying a second Miomat so I could make 2 jugs at once. I have no regrets!Pros:-Makes perfect milk every time-Easy to use-Easy to clean (if done right away)-Easy to store (it's similar to storing a kettle)-It comes with a book that has really clear instructions that if you follow them you will have no problems.-Excellent customer service. I had a question about my machine and I got a response the same day and they were very friendly and helpful.-The noise is not too loud. I can run it first thing in the morning and it doesn't wake up the kids or baby...and of course the teenagers, but they would sleep through a hurricane in the mornings :DCons:-There is no pause function or progress bar (this is really just a convenience thing, the book says how long each milk takes, but if you don't look at the time when you start making it you just have to guess when it's going to be done)If you are unsure if you should get this machine it's worth a try. It's not some fancy kitchen tool that you only use once in a while, it's been used several times a week for a whole year now, and I don't have any reason to stop! Just buy it. you'll love it!!Update: January 2025 - I have had two of these machines for two years now and they are both still going strong. I make soy milk 3-4 times a week and I have had no problems whatsoever!

Not just awesome for making milk! So versatile!
This milk maker is expensive, yes, but you get a lot for your money. It comes with a little book full of recipes for different milks, smoothies, soups and porridges. I mostly bought it to make soy milk, but have now tried several different milks using cashews, coconut, millet, almonds, rice and oats and all of them turned out great. While a small strainer is provided, it is pretty useless if you are sensitive to itty bitty grits in your beverage., they go just through. I strain all my milks through a nutmilk bag. It is very easy to clean and if you stow it away in one of your kitchen cupboards it does not take any real estate on your counters. You make 1.2 l at once, which is great for a family that uses plant milk regularly. A point that I think is very important as you use a lot of heat during the process, is that all surfaces that come into contact with your milk/porridge/soup are metal and not plastic. I also have the Chefwave Milkmade and even though I really like that machine as well, in all of the points I mentioned above it falls very short compared to the MioMat. It only makes milk (well, its name is MILKmade), you also have to strain the milk, you can not stow it away while not in use, as it is pretty big and heavy, so it stays on your kitchen counter, your max amount of milk you can make is around 600 ml at once and the process chamber, the water reservoir and most probably the interior tubes are made of plastic. For cleaning, you have to clean the milk pitcher, the process chamber (which is pretty small and not easy to really clean thoroughly - especially in that little nook where the blade protrude into the chamber). An advantage though is that with the Milkmade you can also make a smaller batch of 300 ml, one disadvantage of the MioMat, that can only make 1.2 litres not more not less. However, if you have such a machine like the Milkmade sitting on your kitchen counter 24/7 I kind of doubt that you would only make 300 ml of milk at once. But I might be wrong. Both machines are pretty noisy which is not surprising, they are blenders.I am very happy with the MioMat and use it every day for something. I am not regretting my purchase at all, despite the price!
