Ground & Pound Elbow Pads

These are great for training against my punch bag. They are a one piece stretch fabric sleeve with padding so to avoid the difficulty of taking them off when arms a sweaty from training I wear UV/rash guard sleeves on my arms before sliding the elbow pads on. They hold in place well, no movement despite a 30 minute workout. Stops the grazing of not having any padding or of having thin padding in place when training.

Sleeve already teared. This is because the sleeves are tight in order to stay in place, but that also makes it's hard to pull on. The stitching must be durable in order to handle the force needed to pull these over your arm, but they are not. Thus the stitching between the sleeve and the pad has already exploded after mild use.

Buen producto. Para un brazo que mide 30 y tantos centímetros de circunferencia, la talla Grande es la idónea. Me llegaron en tan sólo tres días.

Purchased these in black for my son to use for his MMA training. The cost was affordable and he said they do the job they were meant for. They fit good, not too tight or loose. Would purchase again when the time comes.
