Got these to help with elbow pain and hand weakness. Haven't noticed pain relief as yet, as only just started using them. They are quite firm with good resistance, seems to perform well.There is a QR code on the box to scan for instructions and exercises, which helps. Easy to use and and hopefully will help. Price is quite expensive, otherwise a good product.

Helpful for elbow and arm pain.
Used to help rehabilitate a sprained elbow. The blue one stands up to a lot of torque. Others are kind of useless to me. Easy to use, just load up and twist. Material is easy to grip, and has stood up to many vigorous twists. Soft rubber material. Very versatile.

Excellent for Tennis Elbow
Iโve been struggling with tennis elbow and used this product combined with physiotherapy and have finally turned a corner on my recovery. Iโve used towels and bands before for my exercises, but find these much more effective. Good quality and price.

It works well!
A wonderful tool to warm up your whole forearms, elbow to fingers, or even work them out. Solved my golfers elbow and even fixed the longstanding pain + trigger fingers due to tendon damage caused by fighting in my fingers. Also, finally my forearms are not limiting my workouts anymore. For an adult male, anything but the blue one is too easy.
