I’m a big fan of Sleepy Owl Coffee and have never had an issue with their products before. However, this time I was disappointed to find that the packet was open from the bottom. It's frustrating because I really enjoy the coffee, but the compromised packaging was concerning. I hope this was just a one-time issue and that quality control improves in the future.
