I was impressed with the Robot. We have a large pool 20X40 so I got this cleaner and it cleaned a million times better than the last robot. No residue in the pool. The only problem was the cleaner did stop sometimes after I turned it on and I had to pull it back and reset it. Not sure if I was doing something wrong

Have this one for our community pool. Works well and easy to lift and handle.

Unfortunately, we waited too long for our initial use of the product, and we missed the return window option. Clearly a very costly mistake on our end! At first, we thought the product was working fairly well for our large, 75' pool. However, after about 6 or 7 uses, the remote controller seemed to stop communicating with the robot, and we could not manually direct it to the shallow end where we wanted to remove it from the pool. Thus, we needed to turn off the power, drag it across the pool by using the attached power cable, and then reach down to pull it out of the water. Secondly, though it did a fairly good job of picking up debris (though never seeming to reach all corners of the pool in it's full cycle,) every time you take it out of the pool, the draining water would drain all sorts of debris right back into the pool, undoing some of the work that had just been performed. We cleaned the filter bag regularly, but it should not dump debris into the pool when taking it out! Very frustrating. For these reasons, I would not recommend this unit for your pool.

Literally climbs the pool walls and steps. Our other pool vac did not do that. So far it’s been an excellent purchase. Cleans our pool very well.

Cleans pool well unless you have barstools. So I clean all the area before the barstools with the machine and then do the rest, but either using the remote or by hand.

Absolutely love. Has help cut down my pool cleaning time. Set it in the pool and forget it. Durable and build with quality.

Ordered this product to clean our pool at a multi-family residence. The vacuum works fine but shuts down quickly when just a bit of debris is in the catch area. This item gets stuck on stairs and main drain inlet covers. The power supply stopped working 2 months in and it was impossible to get any sort of customer support. Once I was finally able to reach someone, they asked me to go through the troubleshooting procedures, which I did several times to no avail. About a month ago, they told me a new power supply was in process and I have not been updated since.
