Its exactly as advertised except that the pack last 20 mins of needed heat instead of 2 hours. Great quality, and im happy with it. 20 mins of application is enough for my injury. I should have bought 4 to keep the process up during the day. Great buy, My thanks to the Americans and their great quality!

These work amazing. It provides a comfortable, moist heat that works well for joint pain. They are completely reusable and work the same every time used. I like how portable they are and that they can be used and reset while camping. I would love to be able to afford to buy more so I wouldn't have to boil daily. n If perfection existed these are things I wish could improve: - they would stay hot much longer. I get about 10 minutes of steady heat before they start getting cold - they would not take so long to reset. It takes a full 30 minutes-20 minutes of hard boiling water followed by 10 minutes of simmer - the disks would be slightly easier to activate

Got to put on Charlie horses and it works very very well. The boiling process does not take long at all

These are FANTASTIC!!! Offers instant relief from cramps or sore muscles. The heat lasts for over an hour and then begins to fade. Just throw them in boiling water for 10min and they're ready to use again. Good quality. I've been using regularly for months and still going strong!

I have other products similar to these but could no longer buy those so for this one. It does not get as hot or stay hot as long as my other ones but otherwise it is ok.
