Delicious ramen
I tried these on a whim. Looking for high protein low carb option with the goal of better option for diabetic. I was pleasantly surprised! The flavor is really good, has a pleasant little kick to it. The noodles are a little more chewy than regular ramen but not a deal breaker for me. I have tried the spicy beef and the โchickenโ flavors. Both are good to my taste, I went in expecting something different since itโs vegan. The biggest draw for me was that itโs a low carb option but the flavor will have me coming back for more. Itโs a bit on the pricier side but it seems like we have to pay more for the healthier food options. I will purchase again. Give it a try you might be surprised like I was.

Not for me
Flavor was ok the texture is what killed it for me. I felt like i was eating rubber bands. Didnโt even get past the first bite. Gave out to a friend who likes it. Bottom line itโs an acquired taste, buy a single so you donโt end up giving it away

Good taste and love with their veggie toppings
Iโve bought the beef, chicken, and shrimp flavors many times . I like the taste and texture but really love the bowl when I add their veggie toppings. It comes in a large generous packet and adds tremendously to my bowl of ramen. I strongly recommend trying a package of the veggie toppings. So tasty

It's All In The Preperation
Overall, I like it. No, its not like regular ramen in any way, the noodles are not wheat based. I cooked mine in a pot, added frozen veggies and some lean taco meat while on the boil and added the seasoning packet as they say to do. I also added some garlic and onion powder, plus some other spices that I prefer. I cooked mine a bit over 4 minutes and let it sit before diving in. I love ramen, but need something keto friendly and this stuff has between 5 and 7 net grams of carbs, which means ramen is back on my menu. A few drops of Sriracha never hurts either; spice it up!

If youโve missed Ramen noodles this is for you
I saw these featured on YouTubeโs Keto Twins & had to try them. I dont agree with their tastebuds on sone stuff so it was hard to shell out the money to try these. I went ahead & got the variety pack in case I didnโt like it maybe a different flavor might make it edible enough to not be a total waste of money. All I can say is wow. The noodle taste & texture for me are absolutely spot on. The packets look just like the maruchan packages. The little seasoning pouch too. The seasonings are just ok. Thats the only part where my brain couldnโt be fooled into thinking I was eating actual ramen. The beef flavor seemed to be the closest though. The chicken was good & was a fairly close match too. The shrimp & pork, not so much, to me anyway. They have more of a bite than ramen as far as spices but they are labeled as spicy beef, spicy chicken, etc so fair warning. Like with all low carb stuff, the price is high. But youโre paying for the lower sodium & carbs & higher protein. As a treat now & then or as a quick meal to me its worth the price. Great find!!

its food
Whenever I see ridiculous amount of advertising "convincing" you of how life altering a product is, I have to wonder. Trying to be a little healthier and as someone who loves ramen but hasn't had it in over a year, I jumped on the immi bandwagon. I was very excited. I cooked for 5 minutes added seasoning packet. Added green onion, red chili peppers and, medium rare steak and topped with cilantro. It looked absolutely beautiful! Smelled wonderful. My husband and I were very excited. Took our first bite of the noodles. My husband said "it's different, it's not bad". That is my gracious, not-picky, and polite husbands way of saying "whoa this s@#$ is weird! This is the weirdest texture and it didn't get better the more we ate. We finished our food But it was a bit of a letdown. As someone else said...if I had paid $2 a pack for this I wouldn't be so upset but $6 a pack for this??? No way. This is crazy expensive. I was expecting a delicious product. Any pros? yes...it's high in fiber so it will fill you up. My husband and I could have probably split one package and been satisfied. I get indigestion easily and my stomach was fine with this. Thats shy I have it 3 stars. Texture and price are a negative. Nutrition and low carb option are a pro. I recommend going to a store that sells it and buying one pack before you commit to a small case.

Stinky while cooking, extra stinky later
My family won't let me cook these while they are home. The smell of the noodles alone is enough to make my kids gag, and my wife make a face. They can smell it from the other end of the house, and even when coming in from the outside half an hour after I've made them. Then, a couple hours after eating, these hit me harder than sugar free gummy bears. Not sure what it is, but the gas is eye-watering to say the least. It's like a petro-chemical refinery next to a sewage processing plant. As for the rest: the broth tastes good. The noodles have poor rubbery texture, and are a bit toothy, but reasonably inline with my expectations for a keto-type noodle. Taste-wise, I can deal with them, but you are definitely giving up some taste for the keto/low carb aspect. These are probably like that ramen in Dr Stone: if you've had good ramen, you'll definitely notice that these are not. Finally, these are super expensive for what they are. For that reason, I hate to chuck them out, but I'm going to have to take them on a solo camping trip to the middle of nowhere and hope none of the wild cats try to bury me in my sleep. :)

Great snack for high protein diet
Just made it through my first six pack order and did not disappoint. I've been trying to stick with a high protein diet, and this is very helpful to make it through those days where I just want something different. I've used it as more an Emergency snack Tucked away at work for those days I can't find anything good and healthy to eat. The noodles taste fine, knowing they're protein heavy. The broth is reasonable. Don't take this as the best tasting Ramen out there. Take this as what it really is, A healthier alternative to Ramen for when needed.

Great when fried
Boil then fry, best way to eat them. Don't bother with the flavor packets though, unless you really really want clean ingredients
