I recently bought 2 belts and while they were both long enough, there weren’t enough holes to cinch either of the 2 belts I bought. What to do? I considered making a new hole with a knife but decided it would be unsightly. Hence the second belt. After the second belt didn’t fit, I ordered this. I confess that it sat on the counter a couple of weeks before I even used it. Once I made new holes in the first belt, I grabbed the second belt and ran around looking for anything else that needed a new hole. It was super easy to use. No problems getting through the leather. It came with a ruler so I could be sure it was spaced like the original holes. I was able to select the punch that was the same size as all the other holes. Both belts look like they came with the extra holes.

I feel so empowered now that I have this. No longer having to go to the local shoe cobbler, if you can even find one. Works perfectly! Good investment.

Great Leather Hole Punch. Saved me over $100 when I lost 50 lbs. and needed to shorten my belts, instead of buying new ones.

Pros: This is a fantastic tool for people who need to punch a lot of holes for work or a hobby. The lever action makes it smooth and reduces joint stress. Sharp punches, easy to turn the wheel. Textured handles won't let the punch slip even if your hands are wet.Cons: I dislike that it still takes 2 hands to start the hole because the grip is too large for people with smaller hands. My father could use this without a problem as he has large hands, I struggle to get a grip because I have small hands, and my son cannot use it at all. I bought it hoping I'd be able to punch holes in leather while holding onto the leather at the same time. While it is faster & easier to use than the old punch without the wonderful lever that took 2 hands and all my strength, it is still not small-hands user-friendly. The grips are also sharp after a while, so if you have a lot of work to do, wear gloves.

Sturdy punch, bought as last one bent. Seems will last much longer
