I struggled with configuration, perhaps self-evident to the rest but note that the administrator code does not open the door once you configure it, you need to configure user codes with the newly set administrator door to unlock the door.

Very clever product, just replaces a normal handle, has nothing to do with keys etc. Without code the handle just flexes and thus won't open the door. Note: just remember to hold the handle vertical when setting it up, so that the square shaft pints up/down. There is a motion sensor in the handle which won't let the initial master code be set if not held this way. Very clever to prevent it being reset once installed (if you don't have the master code).
