This garlic is flavorful and I enjoy using the garlic juice in my recipes too. The wide mouth container makes it easy to scoop out the garlic. I have used it in cooking and for cold tomato and mozzarella salad.

As a person who cooks with garlic almost daily ...this was a great value! You can pay more at the grocery store or save with Amazon! Great buy for an everyday use product!
