McCormick Culinary Whole Sesame Seed: Good
Using a blender, McCormick Culinary Whole Sesame Seed is easy to turn into flour for baking. When opening the jar for the first time, there is a pleasant aroma, I'm happy to report. I baked flatbread with it using flax meal, Almond flour and oats. The addition of Sesame flour was nice to the taste and the bread came out find. The only drawback is the label doesn't mention nutritional value (fat, carbs, etc.). Otherwise, I like this product.
