pohopa Outdoor Solar Bluetooth Speakers, Multi-Speaker Pairing, Waterproof

I purchased a single speaker early last year. The sound is amazing for a single blue tooth speaker, the battery life last forever, and not to mention the LED lights and water resistance of the speaker is why I purchased it. This year I decided to purchase two additional speakers, with the hopes of connecting the three speakers together. Unfortunately, the original speaker I bought was the exact same model as the two new speakers but the first generation. The original speaker could not establish a stable connection with the other two speakers. I contacted Pohopa and within a couple hours, was contacted by tech support. We concluded that because of the different generations between the original and newer speakers, it would not connect. I thought I was going to have to buy a fourth speaker if I wanted three speakers working simultaneously. However, I was more then presently surprised when tech support offered to send me a new speaker at no charge. This goes beyond customer service, and people say customer service is dead 😉. Last night I tested the speakers in my gazebo, and it sounded amazing. We were surrounded by the music. The lights on the lanterns nicely lit our sitting area. I tested the distance I could separate the paired speakers from the primary speaker, and it went well over 60 feet. Our friends were so impressed with the speaker and sound, they put some speakers in their amazon cart. Not only do the speakers work better than expected, they are backed by a company that fully supports their product and has tremendous customer service.

Nice sound quality, truely is waterproof as I accidentally left it outside during an all day rain storm. Would purchase again if I had a need for a second one or as a gift.

I had some issues with the connectivity of these speakers. I attempted to connect two together and was not able to spread even a fraction as far apart as the description states. I voiced my concerns to the seller who immediately tried to help me troubleshoot and even sent a replacement speaker. The new speaker connected better with the speaker I already had and I was able to weed out the weak link. However, the speakers are only able to be spread 20 feet or so apart. This could be because of the speaker, but it could also be because of an interfering signal around my home or some other cause. As a result I am unable to completely place blame on the speaker itself. So, I give the speaker around 4 stars because the sound is great and the bluetooth connection is still functional. For this price, I will take that for an outdoor bluetooth speaker. I give the seller and support team 5 stars.

Wow I was not expecting the incredible sound quality out of this speaker. After reading many reviews I decided on purchasing 2 right away so I could link them up for better and louder sound by the pool. I also bought garden hooks so I could hang them on the hooks in my flowerbed. I’m so glad I made the decision to buy these. You would not expect these speakers to be so powerful because they are so inexpensive but they are, and the quality of sound is amazing. We enjoy listening to it by the pool. I also love the lights it looks so pretty at night. The setup is super easy and it comes with pretty good directions although I have to say their customer service is out of this world,my speakers came with a personal note from Jesse saying if I had any questions to just call him,I mean who even goes above and beyond like that anymore. I was having some difficulty pairing the two speakers so I called the number and left Jesse a voicemail after about 15 minutes he called me back and walked me through it and I had my speakers linked up. One of the best amazon purchases I’ve made.

UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER! One of the four speakers we purchased last year stopped working after a charge (we may have left it charging too long). So I reached out, once again to the seller. I asked for the cost of replacement and was hoping for a discount of sorts. GUESS WHAT!?? They immediately sent me a new speaker and said to just disarm the one that wasn’t working. They replaced it completely free of charge and even paid the shipping. I cannot day enough about the quality of this customer support group!! I absolutely LOVE these speakers and know they are backed up by an amazing team! May 2019 original post. These speakers are the ONLY ones I could find that were wireless, could link together through Bluetooth to create a stereo sound in my back yard while around the pool. We built a beautiful oasis in the back yard and looked for speakers everywhere! Finally found these and love them. We had an issue at first with the battery life & one at a time they stopped working. But after contacting the manufacturer, we found out we had been charging them too long. These should only be charged for up to 4 hours at a time. We were sent all new speakers and have been loving them since. Take a look at the video!

I absolutely love these speakers. First I bought two speakers for my backyard patio. Then later, I had to buy another! I will purchase one more for my from patio area as well, because it is worth the money! Not only the look and the sound is great, but being bluetooth and portable is just awesome! The sound is amazing! Its difficult to find speakers that sound great outside, because they do not seem to cut out all the background noise you can get being outdoors. These speakers do! So, I purchased three to get my backyard to get the surround sound that I like, and that sound perfect for a party or just to music to relax to. The led lights are a bonus! They have a nice lantern style that look great and perfect for the outdoors. I like that you can hang them up anywhere or just place them on a table, and the led lights are a bonus! They light up my patio with a nice ambiance. For the money they are a fantastic product! Now, I am going to purchase my 4th speaker so my home will be complete! I hight recommend this product!

Neat idea. Terrible quality. The first set we bought would not connect. The manufacturer swapped them out. The second pair would not connect to our Bluetooth adapter either, but our Sony speaker would without issues, so there’s some sort of bluetooth handshake issues. So we ran a 3.5mm 15ft line to the nearest speaker around our pool and then connected the 2nd speaker to it. It worked without issues for 3 months or so and then one of them refused to hold a charge. It charges for a minute or so and then says it’s fully charged. When you power it on it lasts for a few seconds. So now we have 1 of the 2 speakers we purchased that’s actually still working. Next, the sound quality is absolutely terrible. There is zero bass. None. I’d be generous to say there’s any mid range at all either. And they’re not very loud. We had two at the side of the pool and the small water feature we have is louder than the speakers so we have to shut off the pool pump to hear the speakers. These are not worth more than $20 each.

I'm writing this now, 9 years later, because we still have it and still love it!! We charge it, use it for at least 4-5 days camping or around our fire pit & just automatically charge it before it needs it. We've never had an issue!
