Breakfast with Nutrients. A Good Buy
Oats quality are good but they shouldn't reduce Ragi , I find it less then before. I find it easy to cook . A healthy breakfast for a good diet.

Less ragi and flax seeds
Oats-60%,wheat-18%,barley-10%,flax seeds and ragi-5%.reduced ragi makes me somewhat disappointed and when I opened the package i saw very less amounts of ragi and flaxseed.they added sugar of 0.6gm per 45gm (per serving).please improve these
