Works for the Glow dome fine except it goes on clear and after it dries you can see the color 🤷

Me compré estos plumones para pintar sobre papel negro y me encantaron. Realmente funcionan. Hay unos colores que se ven más brillantes que otros, pero en general todos pintan padrísimo. Para crear el efecto neón hay que seguir las instrucciones, creo que es dar 2 pasadas con el plumón de color (la primera pasada hacerla más gruesa que la segunda) y luego encima de ambas, pasar el plumón blanco neón.
