Why isn't my new wick working in my humidifier? They are the correct size and I soaked it but still no vapor being made

I had the same problem with one of mine. I have 3. My husband kind of leaned the top to one side and then it started working. If not, contact the company and maybe they can help you.

Do they fit in wallflower plug-ins?

I think just depend on the side, if too long they can cut.

Will they fit the O-Mei small humidifier?

I am thinking that it will. They were too short for my humidifier. I had to use two of them and cut one of them to fit.

Je me rends compte que comme beaucoup d'autres utilisateurs de ce produit, le compte n'y est pas. Dans mon cas il n'y avait pas 40 bâtonnets mais 37. Est ce volontaire ou non ? Si ca ne l'est pas, ca fait beaucoup d'erreur.
