How do I get it on headset?

The side pieces that have the strap on them actually snap off so you can slid it on them you snap the side pieces back on.

Will this work with the nexigo enhanced charging dock? not sure about the controllers fitting into their holding spots.

To the best of my knowledge, yes the controllers will fit.

Can you take them off easy for wireless charging?

Yes. They are very easy to take off and reinstall.
