This is for 4 bottles that are 34 oz each.

How much is a "generous" amount? The bagged dry product says add 2 cups, how much do you use for the liquid?

2 cups!!?? Wow! For the liquid I do not use much more than 1/4 cup and there are TOnS of suds! For the Dr. Teals salts I would say I use about the same, 1/4 cup. I put the two together in my bath!
