Top quality A20 parts to refurb the foam on the inside and ear pads. Great price compared to name brand you would never know the difference. Super easy to change out and make them like new again. I have used the name brand ones many times but will be switching to this one from now on for better value

I bought 2 used A20 headsets this year, but knew they would need a refresh. I Thought I would try these for the money. Inside the pretty thin box came 2 ear cups, scrim pad sets (inside foam sheet covering the speakers) for both A10 and A20s, and a folded instruction sheet. The same ear cups fit both models. The instructions for the A20 scrim pads are folded on inside of the instructions for the A10s so that was a thing... Also, no instructions or hints for putting on the ear cups, but that wasn't too hard to figure out. The scrim pads for the A20s fit perfectly, but it helps to see how they fit so only do one side at a time so you have a reference point. Took about 10 min to do both sides after figuring out the instruction for the A20s. Fit seems nice and soft on my head. Seemed just a tiny bit warm after wearing for 10 min around the house. I can tell a big improvement in noise reduction compared to my blown out Bose pads. Others report the scrim pads not fitting, but I am guessing they used the wrong pads? Mine went on with no problems and seemed good quality so I bought a second set for my Wife's headset. I'll report back if they fail the flight check, but I don't anticipate any issues.

I looked at several brands, this was the best of the bunch. It comes with foam inserts for two Bose models (A10 and A20). Some other brands came only with foam inserts for the A10 even though they were advertised as compatible with the A20. This product was the only one with formed (curved) foam for the inserts which feel more substantial than the less dense, spongy foam type (see photos). Still not as dense as the original, but acceptable. Note the density of the foam back on the third photo (Bose A10 scrim mat): no light shows through. The original Bose inserts are like this. Since the ear cups are really what need replacing, I'm not too concerned about the foam inserts at the moment. SOULWIT could have a killer product if it used a foam back of the same density provided on the A10 scrim mat insert for the A20 inserts (note the light shines right through, they are very thin). Also notable is the stiffness of the material which stretches around the headset ear cups to hold it in the machined slot (see photo). Most of the brands I tried had this adequate stiffness, but one or two were very flimsy. Not sure if replacements from Bose ($$) would hold up better or if you can still get them at the level of quality delivered in the original, but they lasted 8+ years (~500 hours of use). Hoping these replacements hold up as well.

I have purchased the Bose replacement before and I end up replacing them one a year anyways so I’m trying these out. Application was easy enough, took me less than 5 min to do it. If it lasts me a year I’ll be happy. I’ll update my review if it’s not that greatest.

Feel great and actually look like they will survive longer than OEM. Easy instructions and foam inner padding is thicker than OEM.

Très bon produit conforme à mes attentes pour casque A10

So plenty of sales of these parts and a few reviews so I thought I would add another with some photos. Package arrived about 20 minutes ago after being ordered yesterday afternoon. Opening the package to installation was 5 minutes once you read the instructions and understand that they just simply slip over the outer ring. Nothing fancy on the originals. Some have mentioned that the inner ear piece (as per my last picture) was awkward to fit but unless yours are destroyed you do not need to replace them. The instructions also guide this. I did not need to replace on mine. The instructions a very clear with diagrams - can’t go wrong The photo of the split one is the condition on my old original ones that have deteriorated are purely over time. Really pleased with new ones. Flying a rather noisy aircraft on Sunday so I will update if any noise cancellation issues are seen, but I doubt there will be. Great value replacements over original bose product. Don’t be frightened
