The Apple 2021 MacBook Pro with the Apple M1 Pro chip is hands down the best MacBook I’ve ever purchased. From the moment I powered it on, it felt like stepping into a faster lane where everything simply works. Apps open instantly, multitasking feels effortless, and the overall performance is smooth in a way that makes older laptops feel like they are walking through wet cement. The M1 Pro chip still delivers remarkable speed, excellent battery life, and dependable power for work, streaming, creative tasks, and everyday use. It is the kind of machine that quietly overdelivers every single day. What makes this purchase even more impressive is that it was a refurbished unit from Amazon. If no one had told me, I would have believed it was brand new. The condition, performance, and quality were phenomenal, proving that refurbished can sometimes be the smartest path to premium technology. Amazon made access to a top-tier MacBook easy, affordable, and trustworthy, turning what could have been a gamble into one of the best tech purchases I have ever made. It felt less like buying used equipment and more like discovering hidden treasure in plain sight. This MacBook Pro has exceeded expectations in every category: speed, display quality, build quality, battery life, and reliability. It reminds me why Apple products earn such loyalty, but it also highlights the value of finding the right seller. I would absolutely buy another MacBook from this same seller without hesitation. When a purchase delivers this much quality and confidence, repeat business becomes the easiest decision in the world.

Arrived well packed in a generic non-Apple box. Battery had just 41 cycles on it (>95% original capacity). No scratches or dings on the body. Keyboard shows very very faint signs of use. The LCD screen had one very faint scratch that is only visible from certain angles when the screen is off. The "M1 Pro" chip comes in three versions; this laptop had the highest spec version with 10 CPU cores and 16 GPU cores. Came bundled with a NEW Geniune Apple 96W USB-C power adapter and new geniune USB-C to MagSafe3 cable. I've put the laptop through a few charge-discharge cycles so far the battery is holding strong. Happy to report no issues at all. Like new as far as I'm concerned.

I was nervous about purchasing because it’s such a good price, but they have a great return policy so I figured why not. After testing it out for a couple months, I’m really happy with the purchase! I use this laptop for my photography business so it’s heavily used for editing and exporting large files. I’ve had no problems with it at all.

one star because the seller is just a random Amazon seller not a qualified tech company The two biggest issues have nothing to do with the computer itself, rather the accessories that come with it, the charger and cable, which are both cheap knock offs, and the sellers overall handling of that Number one the charger is a cheap knock off no branding. I’ve seen tons of them on Amazon ranging anywhere from $10-$20. The reason this is an issue is its a “smart charger“ and will send more power to the computer than the computers battery can handle For people who understand computers, skip this specific part obviously but for people that don’t it is necessary that the charger is from a reputable brand because the way that a computer receives power from a charger is through what’s called a handshake put simply the charger and computer need to communicate to each other how much power needs to be received/sent to not damage the computer the charger that’s included with the computer does not do that The overall battery health of the computer I bought was at 91% when I started to use the charger that was included the battery health we t down to 88% within two weeks It frustrates me that a product of this price range can include such a terribly cheap accessory that will destroy the battery and that is unacceptable i now use a apple charger and cable and the battery health since then it has stayed the same When you’re spending $1700 you should get a good charger. Number two experience with the seller I messaged the seller on October 18th and didn’t receive anything until October 28 and I believe the only reason they responded is because I texted them that day, reminding them about my concerns with the computers included charger To make it as short as possible, since this is a long review, the only thing that they will do is do an exchange they will not even acknowledge the fact that the charger will damage the computer the only thing they mentioned is that they do not include original accessories Even after I explained how frustrated I was, I could tell that all they’re doing is just copying and pasting messages based on my response so I know that there’s no way of actually resolving this issue So far I have no real issues with the computer itself I just cannot believe how the company can include such a bad charger

Buying an Apple product from this seller is a high-risk gamble, so please be aware of that. My MacBook Pro came without the original Apple box and a knockoff charger. Thankfully, there are no scratches on the outside or the screen, and no damage to the keyboard (from what I can tell). The battery was 84% maximum capacity. I would take the other reviews into serious consideration. People often mentioned how over time the battery life got worse. This is because of the charger that they are giving you. I highly recommend you buy a real Apple power adapter or one from a reliable brand. Other than that (so far) everything seems to be working fine. This is a good option if you’re looking to save money. But again, be very cautious and aware of the risks when purchasing from this seller.

My MacBook Pro m1 arrived in perfect condition, battery at 89% life, which is fantastic. It even came with a 140 w charger for free which I didn't expect. I looked at around 10 companies for purchasing. I am very glad that I purchased from this company and will continue to do so for all of my Mac products.

Major project. Two weeks after receipt, the unit stopped working. The vendors reached out. Nice people. Nevertheless, this is not compensation for the fact I can't work when I need to most. UPDATE: The second unit arrived and is working well. I confess I had my doubts. What sol me was the professionalism and patience of the vendors.

Ya se cumplió un año de uso y puedo recomendar al 100%. Me llegó solo con 4 ciclos de carga, prácticamente nueva y hasta la fecha no ha habido ninguna sola falla. De las mejores inversiones que he hecho.

Llegó como nueva en una caja blanca dentro de otra más grande. No le encontré rasguños. El cargador es nuevo al igual que el cable. Sólo tres ciclos de batería.
