This supplement is very ideal for me because I do not have to fix a cup of coffee as long as I have these capsules. I can easily add one or two to my favorite flavor of real juice in the morning and get a great lift very quickly. I will advise at the same time the 200mg is a bit better option because of the increased potency of caffeine. These caffeine pills work well and give me a nice boost of energy without jitters. The only issue is that they make me urinate more often, similar to how regular coffee affects me. Considering that there is not many things worse (maybe needing a bathroom stop qualifies) than being stuck in traffic late in the afternoon with no coffee shops around, or easily accessible, and these are absolutely perfect.
