Good mid-tier nootropic. Nothing to write home about but nothing to scuff at either. Well suited for it's price point. Provides that little umph for that afternoon focus, I typically do my nootropics either after my first cup of coffee or in place of my second cup - depends on if I take in caffeine from another source. Works well, but I do recommend having a bit less on your stomach; didn't really notice it when I took it with a meal.

After taking these pills for a week I did not really notice any effect aside from a little hunger but I doubt is a direct result. One thing that was great is the pills were easy to take and did not have a nasty taste to them although it had herbs and other ingredients. Would give it a try but may vary from person to person.

These do seem to be helping, I am having some stomach issues,so not sure whats thas from just yet. I do have a sense of accomplishment by thrend tmof the fay. Thank you
