I am setting up a mhcozy 4 channel wifi relay. which device on the smartlife app should i choose?

I refuse to use apps and prefer to host my own. Can this be flashed with tasmota?

Is the power input polarity, reversible?

I power it with a USB plug like the one used for charging your phone. The USB spec is 5V DC. I'm guessing all of the power circuitry in the unit is also DC, so the answer would be no, but that's just a guess.

Can I use this to control a bathroom fan/heater/light combination unit?

You can but you need a low voltage power supply such as USB 5vdc or 5-25 ac/dc adapter.
