How do I order replacement pieces?

That was exactly what I asked when I called the company. They just told me that they don't sell replacement pieces. I was and am very disappointed! The set is great and I love it but the fact that they don't sell replacement pieces is not good for the customers. They offered me no help.

Do these bend under normal use like scooping ice cream, mixing dough, etc.?

I have not had them bend on me for anything. I've scooped ice cream but not mixed dough with them. They are lightweight and very strong.

How big is the base of the rack? Will it fit on a 6" wide shelf?

The base of the rack is exactly 6" long by 3.5" deep.

Is there a matching hostess set? And is the. Enter of each utensil cut out

The set comes with 2 serving spoons, but there is no other hostess set available for this item.
