I honestly in love with my shower system but the bottom leaks like crazy and hard water mess my wall up after few days of using these are the things I was afraid of when buying

The faucet for the shower Falls right off. We’ve tried to fix it twice. The threads are too small, so therefore the faucet spell hangs down and then falls off I don’t know how to fix it or what to do, but it looks very ugly in my nice shower

It's well built and works. However there are issues. 1. The water is slow to fully shutoff when you close the valve. 2. The outbound connectors for the accessories require you use male ends on your pipes to screw into the control. This means not only running the pipe to it, but additionally having to get them perfectly aligned to screw into the unit. This doesn't sound that bad until you have it mounted and have connected the first pipe, then have to get the others in. 3. The material the central control box is made of feels flimsy and like it is destined to fail. 4. The shower head, the bar is strong and well made but the head is heavy. This screws in at the back of the bar to a female 1/2 inch pipe connector. When the head is attached, the unit wants to tilt down. This required for us to install a hanger above the shower head to support it, which takes away from the overall look.

I love my new shower system- it's sleek and has good water pressure. The water pressure is so good that when I first installed it, I thought there was something wrong with my plumbing. I live in an apartment with a 30 gallon water tank, and the water pressure is so strong that my hot water runs out faster than it did with my old shower head. So, I spent money on this new system and can't even use it at full pressure because otherwise my shower will be cold towards the end. Just something to keep in mind. Also, you can only use one setting at a time. You cannot use the shower head and wand simultaneously.
