Bought this for my 2005 HD Softail Night Train. Holes lined up easy enough. Fits great. Looks good. Can’t say how they’ll hold up in an actual crash, but the peace of mind I got from just having them was worth what I paid. I struggled with riding my own bike for fear of dumping it. So this bar helped me get my foot up and actually ride. My husband needs to stretch his leg occasionally so it works great for him.

The bar seem solid, nice powder coat finish. The only issue I had with installation, is that the hardware is incomplete. It came with the 3 bolts, one washer and no nuts. A quick trip to the hardware store fixed this and the installation was easy. Overall I would purchase this again

Easy Mounting, may need some new bolts for the OEM bolts and/or nuts. Ones shipped were not useful. Fit my 2003 Harley Davidson Night Train perfectly.

Very nice crash bars. Very easy to install, under 5 minutes. It took me longer to unwrap them lol. Super clean looking. One thing. No nuts. I just ran to the hardware store real quick. Really no biggie. Highly recommend.

When these crash bars arrived they looked nice. Very comparable to the look of the Harley-Davidson ones that they are replacing. I ran into two issues with them that you should be aware of. One, the bolts come with no nuts. The issue with that is these are Chinese and not American so the threading is metric and not standard. As a result, the nuts from the previous bolts wouldn't fit on the new bolts. Seems that on something so small you would send complete mounting hardware. But they do not. Two, while my Harley-Davidson Softail Standard appears to have all of the holes lining up for mounting, because there are forward controls on this bike, the forward controls create an additional quarter to half an inch gap between the holes in the crash bars and those on the frame. It would have been nice to have known that before ordering them. Forward controls were standard on this particular bike. I will say that overall, the quality seemed very nice and durable. The crash bars looked good and felt very sturdy. They just wouldn't fit a Softail with forward controls.

I have 4 stars due to not having correct hardware sent. Other then that, fit perfect for my 2011 Fatboy Lo, sturdy *tested it a few times* I would definitely recommend, check your specs make sure it fits as mine did! **UPDATE ** I want to give a giant thank you to this crash bar! Because of this bar, I saved my leg. Woman purposely hit me while doing 45mph, this crash bar took all of the blow. It wrapped and protected my leg. I will forever be grateful, unfortunately I can no longer use mine but it saved me life. Thank you!!
