I absolutely love the John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Color Boosting Conditioner. After using it for a few weeks, I can really see the difference — my hair looks more vibrant, rich, and naturally brown. It brings out all the different tones in my hair, making it look shiny and soft without feeling heavy. The color looks so natural, like a soft, sunlit brown, and I’ve even gotten a few compliments on how healthy my hair looks. It also smells amazing, which makes washing my hair feel like a little spa moment. I love how it enhances my color while keeping my hair smooth and manageable. This conditioner has definitely become a regular part of my routine, and I’ll keep using it to keep my brunette looking fresh and beautiful!

I purchased this shampoo & the conditioner after reading the very consistently enthusiastically positive reviews on each product. After several months of use - I Do TOTALLY Concur - - my quite whitening hair has gradually darkened - to a natural look that’s younger - maybe a decade ?!? There’s no demarcation line of new growth - no fading of the shade as w/ regular hair coloring. ( = Ughh !!! ) Amazing, economical, easy-peasy - an extra 7 mins in the shower to give the color time to set !!! NO dye color rubbing off onto bath towels !!! I wash my hair about every 5 days - & do the appropriate timing routine. Do not know how quickly the coloring might wash out, otherwise.

It seems like this shampoo and conditioner has been redone from when I used to use it, but maybe it hasn’t the smell is still there. It’s still great smell, but it seems like my hair felt darker instead of more bright and vibrant not sure.

Great product! 4 stars because of packaging- it was shipped loose in box with other items- thankfully it didn’t pop open but if it did it would have been an issue. Had to shift to ordering online as I can’t find this in stores anywhere near me anymore. Great smell, softness and moisture without leaving hair greasy. Highlights color nicely.

Came quick and exactly as described! Only brand of shampoo we use, works great in every way! No smell, keeps your hair nice and soft and hydrated! We have used all shades of John Frieda’s shampoos and conditioners over the years and have always been pleased with their products! Only brand of shampoo and conditioner used in this house!!

I like this brown shampoo. I have dyed blonde hair. I use the purple shampoo until my roots start showing then start using the brown. Makes it blend better for a while and extends the time between dye jobs. Tones it to keep orange away.

Love this shampoo and have bought more than once. Effective clean and help hair stay healthy.

It's OK. I haven't purchased John Frieda products in a while. I used to love the original scent of Brilliant Brunette. It has since changed and Im not really feeling it. Doesn't have the same luxury feel it had many years ago. Reminds me of Sauve. It works fine, but the scent and quality matter. I won't be buying again.
