Solgar Flaxseed Oil 1250mg 100 SG 3-Pack

Saw a friend over the Christmas holidays whose hair was thicker than I’ve ever seen it in 20 years. She said she was using flaxseed oil every morning with breakfast. So I bought some. I have so much new hair growth on my scalp my hairdresser was wondering out loud why my hair was all of a sudden growing so thick with new growth. I told her about the flaxseed oil and she even estimated correctly when I started taking it by the length of the new growth all over my head. So I’m loving it. I know you can buy flaxseed oil and just take it in a tablespoon but that would make me sick. These capsules work great and I only use 2 or 4 a day instead of the recommended 6. I Always use Solgar if available for any supplement because of their great quality.
