This is the best band ever - I came across this band at my physiotherapist office and in the trainer's gym with my trainer - recovering from an injury to my leg - SI joint area issues - this band rocks. (I am using the green version presently.) It isn't that flimsy or thin and flimsy stuff people keep throwing at us in classes at the gym or to buy in some local Sport Chek store. This band is solid and yet totally flexible - supportive - comfortable width. Fantastic product!

I'm so sick of the review system being abused, leading to countless bogus positive reviews across product lines, which is why I offered the disclaimer. I've owned a number of exercise band sets, both tube and loop style, and these appears to be the highest quality loop style band so far. I stumbled across this particular band as a replacement for other manufacturer bands that were cracking and ripping. Interestingly enough, no other brand besides Iron Bull appear to offer individual replacement bands for sale. Brilliant on the part of Iron Bull as a way to get customers to try their product, or as a service courtesy in case you lost one. Not sure why I missed this brand when purchasing my previous sets of bands, but will be sticking with Iron Bull from here on out. In addition to the rubber material appearing to be higher quality, the actual strength and elasticity of the band is outstanding compared to others. The poundage rating on the yellow band fits a niche that works as a great lightweight warmup band not found with other manufacturers. I wouldn't be surprised if most other manufacturers are all made in the same place, using the same rubber formula and just use different colors / brand names. Iron Bull appears to be different and of higher quality. Like anything in the gear world, these bands will eventually wear out if used often enough. Only time will tell, but these appear to last twice as long as the rest. Which means that if you put them through the paces and use aggressively on a daily basis, I'm guestimating that these will last a year or more...versus every 3 to 6 months on other bands. Only the lighter bands wear out and need to be replaced as the heavy bands on just about any brand are practically indestructible. Finally, a tip to make your exercise bands last longer is either use a coated wall mount in your home gym, or get a soft neoprene padded denier door anchor (such as BOSS Systems). The unpadded denier will quickly cut into workout bands and cause them to crack or snap. Moreover, the flexible tube coated door anchors from Undersun were a great idea and initially protect the bands from tearing, but the achor tubing begins to crack and wear out. Plus, the additional long tree / pole strapping is a pain to maneuver.

This resistance band is great for assisted pull-ups, and great for adding resistance to bodyweight exercises like reverse lunges and squats, as well as rows and other isolation exercises like curls

Since gyms closed down I purchased resistance bands amongst other items to create a “home gym”. I spent the most on this product (I bought the set) however it was well worth it for the quality and durability of the bands! I’ve noticed my muscles getting a lot stronger as I was able to go from the red band to the black band so far in my workouts. If it’s for your health & fitness, it’s a well worth investment :)
