Phenomenal replacement. My CUE screen was jittery and didn't recognize touches. This fixed the problem 100%. Doing it myself saved me around $1500. Cuescreens has all the videos in detail. They show and tell what pieces of trim to remove, in what order. More importantly HOW to remove them / what direction to pull pieces off so you can keep all your trim pieces and tabs intact. I definitely recommend Cuescreens.

I purchased this for my mother in law because the touch input in her 2014 Cadillac XTS stopped working entirely. I did the install myself, and it only took a few hours total. It could probably be done in an hour or two, but I didn’t purchase the trim tools, so I wanted to be extra cautious taking everything apart. That being said, I would recommend buying the trim tools with this screen. The install process is relatively straightforward, and I am honestly very impressed with the instructions. There were no paper instructions in the box, but it directs you to their website which has very detailed video walkthroughs showing the exact process for each different model Cadillac. They even include specific notes about potential trouble areas, such as placing a connector in backwards, over tightening screws, routing the connector incorrectly, etc. The only thing that I felt was missing were instructions to re-assemble the vehicle. You can easily reference the disassembly video though, so that’s not really an issue. The screen has only been installed for about 30 minutes now, but it works great, and I’m confident that it will continue to work fine in the future. If there are any issues though, I will update this review. Visually, there are no quality issues that I can see, and it matches the previous screen almost perfectly. The only difference I can see is that the bezel/frame plastic is slightly lighter in color. It’s a small difference, but I believe they sell a more expensive screen that is supposed to be a perfect match. I’ve included a few photos for reference, including a side-by-side of the new and old screen to show the minor difference in the bezels. Note: The broken screen in the photo is the stock screen that was replaced, NOT the new screen.

I own a 2014 Cadillac SRX and the screen stopped responding to touch everything else displayed fine though. I took it to the dealer they did some test that was a couple hundred only to tell me nope it all had to be replaced and that would cost me upwards of $1500. I’m SO glad I did my research and then found this part. I was skeptical at first when ordering it but I knew I had to try. I took it to a tech guy I was referred to and he had it installed and working within an hour. It’s working like new!! Trust me just buy this and get someone to install it, it’s so worth it. I paid under $300 for this part and installation versus paying the dealership $1500+ I couldn’t be happier!!
