This is one of the best things I've ever had! I used it briefly when it arrived, but had to leave for work. This morning, I decided to use it all over my body, following the instructions to target all my pressure points. I didn’t even realize I had pain in some areas until I used this 'Selfie Massager.' When I applied it to my neck, I felt chills down to my feet. Then I used it on my feet and was amazed at how well it worked. No need for a massage therapist—you know exactly where to apply pressure without having to guide someone to the right spot. I know feel a lot more relaxed. Please, get this! I’ll definitely be buying more as Christmas gifts!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The LiBa Back and Neck Massager is one of the best investments I’ve made for muscle relief and recovery. The trigger point design really helps target deep knots and tension in my neck, shoulders, upper back, and even lower back without needing someone else to help. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and gives excellent pressure exactly where you need it. What I love most is how effective it is after workouts, long days, or even just stiffness from sleeping wrong. Within minutes, I can feel the tension releasing. The quality is solid, the handles provide great leverage, and it’s much more affordable than regular massage visits. I deal with chronic pain after a shoulder injury. A lot of that pain comes from muscle knots around my shoulder blade and the top of the shoulder. I’ve tried to get my husband to massage trouble spots, but he has trouble finding the right spots and applying enough pressure. I saw one of these at my PT appointment, and decided to get one. Let me tell you…. OMG! This thing is an absolute blessing! The specially shaped hooks and strategically placed knobs make it so easy for my to work out the knots by myself by applying just the right amount of pressure at just the right angles. The rounded knobs are the right size to give targeted pressure, but they’re not too small to be painful. When I use it, I use A LOT of force, and at first I was afraid I was going to snap it in half, but it holds up really well. I’m so glad I found this and I recommend it to anybody, especially those dealing with chronic pain. But I also use it on daily aches and pains, like sore calves from standing all day, or my stiff neck from looking at a computer screen. Some of the best money I’ve ever spent.

This is incredible for reaching areas that are having muscle spasms or the tightness i get in by shoulder blades from stress that nothing heps to relieve. Well this did a fantastic job as i used immediately when it arrived. I bought a second to keep on hand. Wish i would have known about these years ago because i do MMA and this would have been amazing to have on hand. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Thank you :)
