This case has a flimsy, removable, piece of cardboard material that is supposed to sit at the bottom to make its shape, this is easily dislodged and makes it dangerous for the animal inside. It would be better to have it some how clip in and be secured. ALSO! Poor assembly design caused the cling wrap packaging to get caught under the fabric and metal rivets for the holes, making it impossible to completely remove. It looks horrible.
