Does the 0-18 months size have the elastic strap? I had my husband order this hat in the “infant” size and it is Velcro.

0-18 months size hats are also velcro.

Can anyone give head measurements? my son is only 14 mos but has a huge head (98%) and i don't know if i should get "infant" or "child" size. thanks!

I have a 10 month old with a big head and the infant one is a bit big. I wouldn't go with the child size.
