Does it fit wide feet?

I have bought 2E in the past and have been a good fit. These "wides" must be 5E. They fit like large boats on my 2E feet. I will return for regular width.

Are these good for flat feet?

Don’t know about flat feet pout I found them unstable and unusable.

Is this a good choice for nurses who walk all day long?

Yes they have a decent amount of support, and a memory foam type inside. My husband has two pairs he loves them he says they are the most comfortable shoes he's had. As he is 75 and has had back surgery bending is a problem and he loves to slip ons. I would say they're a good choice for any type of standing and walking for long periods. Also anyone who has trouble bending to buckle or tie shoes.
