Are they sweet at all?

Yes these are sweet. They contain regular cane sugar making them sweet.

Are these mini size or regular size??

Enjoy Life sells chocolate chips in different sizes. I believe these are the regular size. Tasty too!

Does this contain any vanilla? i need to ask, due to bad food sensitivity reactions.

Vanilla is not listed as an ingredient
