Does it come with a battery?

Does it come with 2 pens and 2 cords to attach each pen to each pad?

Yes, this tablet comes complete with attached pens. I bought two, one each for my granddaughters. They love them.

Is the battery rechargeable or replacable please?

Battery lasts very long time it will break before you need to change it most likely. If you do wish to change it very easy with watch style battery. It's not rechargeable though.

The packaging mentions theres shot storage but how do you do this?

There’s a switch in the back so you can’t clear the drawing but you can’t save the image, once you want to use it again you will have to switch it back and press the button to clear the screen
