The recall for the Nomad Dive System was announced on December 22, 2022. During this time, sales were immediately halted, and all affected inventory was retrieved to ensure that no recalled products were sold to customers. We want to emphasize that the issue has been resolved in the updated design, and all new shipments after the recall date do not have the identified issue. The updated design includes improvements to prevent any recurrence of the problem.

For customers who owned a Nomad Dive System affected by the recall, we offered free repairs to address the specific concern. The recall service can be performed at our main factory in Pompano Beach, Florida or at one of our authorized service centers in Australia, Europe, or the Middle East.

We take pride in providing excellent customer service, and we want to assure you that the repairs were performed free of charge. Furthermore, we understand the importance of warranties, and we restarted the limited warranty period for all units that underwent repair. The one-year limited warranty will be based on the date of the recall service.
