Since it actually penetrates the skin on the lips, it lasts longer than an hour like other lip balms. I don’t find the formula to be sticky at all. If you are allergic to wool or lanolin, then this product won’t work for you, but otherwise, I think your mind will be blown. There are so many flavors to choose from. Although the flavor isn’t overwhelming, I did not particularly care for the pineapple and mint, because it felt like the flavors were going to different directions, sweet and warm and tropical vs cool and tingly mint. I love the black tea and blackberry and the Shea butter, and I just ordered a tube of the lemon based on a review that said it tastes less citrus and more like lemon frosting. That is exactly the flavor I want. Yes, at $10 a tube it is more expensive than the cheapie drugstore brands, but it’s a better quality product and actually does the job. The results are so long lasting that you will end up saving money in the long run because you don’t have to keep buying more crap that doesn’t work as well.
