My absolute favorite electrolytes and flavor. The others are not the same. Love this product. A close 2nd is Redmonds pina colada if your looking for variety or less potassium per drink.

Great for stopping heart palpitations, helping with edema, and hydrating dry/crepey skin. I have used this for several years and always come back for more. I’m not a fan of the lemonade or orange as they seem to have an immediate after taste that I personally don’t care for. They were drinkable, just not flavors I personally would re-order. My 2 favorites are the 1. pomegranate & cherry 2. Grape that I ordered for my mother to try. I tried it when I went to visit her, and it was very good.

Pleasant tasting and easy to mix. It’s easy to stay hydrated with this stuff.

Me and my family enjoy this electrolyte. I really love his supplements. It is hard to mix and doesn’t dissolve well. I use a hand held mixer to get the job done. I have been noticing that I get these black crystals towards the end of drinking it. It’s so strange. Has this happened to anyone?

Funny shape for an orange but taste good like one :)

In March of 2024, I had a panic attack that was so severe it landed me in the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. I was having severe heart palpitations, my heart rate was up to 142 bpm and I had previously been taking my makeup off, getting ready to go to bed. Once I got to the ER, they clearly knew I was NOT having a heart attack, so they gave me some oxygen, Ativan and took some blood. Turns out my potassium was low, this was the second time in 6 years I had experienced low potassium. A close friend suggested Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Powder so the morning I got home from the ER, I immediately ordered it. Being in menopause at the age of 49, hot flashes had been plaguing me like crazy and I was not taking into consideration the fact that I was not hydrating enough. I also was not paying attention to the fact that I was having leg cramps in the middle of the night, the type that feel like the devil is grabbing your muscle, SO much pain. This powder has been an absolute LIFE CHANGER. I don't go a day without it, and in close to two years now, I have not had a similar incident, I completely swear by this product!

Doesn’t dissolve. Too sweet. I think the flavor comes from chemicals. No reason that I can say for the extremely high price
