Fantastic little clips! So cute & well made. Metal, not plastic & very secure without being huge. For the price, they far surpass the value of the crappy, overpriced clips I’ve bought at Dollar Tree & Walmart. I am 61 and growing out my bangs - these are the best solution I’ve found for clipping them securely back without looking like I’m wearing a child’s accessory. They will certainly save me from an unfortunate “frustration cut” while the bangs get through the super annoying growing out stage. With 10 in a pack, I’m totally set.

I’m 30 years old and growing out my bangs. I have thin hair. I usually twist or braid my hair to keep it out of my face and Bobby pins weren’t holding the style well all day. Plus, I teach middle school and I wanted something fun that was more of an accessory. In come these clips! One clip doesn’t hold a ton of hair, but they are perfect to wear in pairs, one on each side, for my thin hair. They help my style all day and were so comfortable, yet they didn’t budge at all. I was happy with the look and quality of the clip for the price! Plus, the pearl style is easy for me to dress up or down. I haven’t had these long, but I anticipate that they will last a long time based on the construction. Because I only wear two at a time, I also have a ton of backups!

Beautiful clips and very to apply

From what other reviewers said, I expected them to be tough to open. I didn't expect them to be really tough to open. As in tougher than the ones I have ready have that are tough. I also didn't realize that when it said they are metal, that even the teeth were metal. However, that is my fault. I thought it was just the spring. So no stars off for that, just the difficulty with opening them. Anyway, I have plastic ones that are hard to open but I get it part way and then wedge part of my finger in there to hold it open. Well, having metal teeth that are very pointy hurt. If you have any kind of arthritis, these would be difficult for you. It took some effort, but I was able to get them in my hair. And being metal, they are heavier than plastic ones and so I do not think they would be good for thin hair. They are suitable for dressy or casual. I like them and will continue to use them.

These are pretty, BUT the clasp is difficult to open and the teeth will snap on your fingers. It hurts.

Very cute clips, goes perfectly with almost every outfit. My daughter loves them.

The clips are so small, and coil so strong that it's tough to grip between fingers to open without them slipping on the little pearls.I found a trick. Use a latex glove to grab and pinch. Very pretty in hair!
